About the Event
Getting outside is key to my mental health management. Shaking off that anxious energy and experiencing something besides traffic is a prerequisite to keeping my shit in order. Finding the time (and motivation when it's 100 degrees outside) isn't so easy... so I make it happen in the morning.
Looking for a hiking friend? Join me (or not!) for a morning trek at Stone Mountain Park. I'll be there, bright and early every Tuesday, to kick off my day with a trek up the trail.
If exercise is a private time for you - sweet, put on your headphones and do your thing. I've got plenty of podcasts to catch up on. Getting outdoors and getting active is what matters most.
