Trauma has many faces. Your best friend, coworker, or significant other might be a Traumatized Motherfucker.
With so many differing personal experiences and recovery perspectives, Trauma is hard to wholly define and most resources fall flat. Instead of putting this tormented brain in a box, I believe we should share our unique stories and struggles to help form a more comprehensive picture of what living with trauma really looks like.
By sharing our stories, I hope to empower fellow T-MFRS, arm the folks who love them, and upgrade our societal understanding of Trauma.
Who's out there, what made you, and where are you headed?
What have you learned about your own trauma and how do you deal?
What keeps you afloat and what pulls you under?
